الملخص

هدفت هذه الورقة إلى تقصي القدرة التنبؤية لسلوكيات التسجيل القائمة على التوقيت، والتي تأتي استجابةً لحاجة مؤسسية عملية تعمل كنظام إنذار مبكر يهدف إلى الحد من التسرب الأكاديمي المرتبط بالانسحاب المتأخر من المقررات الدراسية. وقد تم اعتماد منهجية تحليل التعلم لدراسة ثلاثة مؤشرات سلوكية قائمة على التوقيت، وهي: التسجيل المتأخر، وانتظام التخطيط الأكاديمي، والمماطلة في التسجيل، باعتبارها مؤشرات تنبؤية مبكرة للانسحاب المتأخر من المقررات الدراسية عبر ثلاثة مستويات تحليلية: المستوى الجزئي (مستوى المقرر الدراسي)، والمستوى المتوسط (مستوى الفصل الدراسي)، والمستوى الكلي (مستوى البرنامج). وعلى وجه الدقة، تم استخلاص سلوكيات التسجيل الثلاثة المرتبطة بالتوقيت من سجلات الطلاب خلال 13 فصلًا دراسيًا، ثم أُجري تحليل الانحدار اللوجستي بين كل مؤشر والانسحاب المتأخر من المقررات الدراسية على كل مستوى. تشير النتائج إلى أن كلاً من التسجيل المتأخر والمماطلة في التسجيل مؤشران تنبؤيان إيجابيان قويان للمخاطر الأكاديمية عبر جميع المقاييس التحليلية (p<0.001)، مع بروز تأثيرهما بشكل أوضح على مستوى البرنامج (نسبة الأرجحية = 34.54 للتسجيل المتأخر). في المقابل، برز انتظام التخطيط الأكاديمي كمؤشر وقائي (نسبة الأرجحية = 0.404 على المستوى المتوسط)، وارتبط بتحسين الاستعداد لمتطلبات عبء العمل الفصلي. تدعم هذه النتائج إمكانية تطبيق تحليلات المؤشرات السلوكية القائمة على التوقيت، مع توفير معلومات قابلة للتنفيذ لأنظمة الإنذار المبكر المؤسسية؛ مما يتيح تدخلات طلابية مبكرة وأكثر استهدافًا قبل حدوث خسائر أكاديمية جسيمة.
