Article Processing Charge

Manuscripts submitted to RUJMHSS before December 31, 2026, will be published free of charge. A nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply to articles submitted after this date to support the journal's operational costs. Detailed APC policy will be announced on the journal website well in advance.
