Manuscript Submission

  • Authors should submit their manuscripts online via the journal homepage after completing the registration process or by sending the manuscripts to the journal email: rujmhss@ar-rasheed.edu.ye 
  • All submitted files (including text of the manuscript, figures, tables, … etc.) at every submission and revision must be submitted in an editable format, such as .doc or .docx for Microsoft Word files, or .tex for LaTeX files.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must confirm that their manuscript complies with all the following requirements. Submissions that fail to adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), or LaTeX (.tex) document file format.
  • The text is 1.5-spaced lines; uses a 12-point font; all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points.
  • The ORCID IDs of the corresponding author and co-authors are provided in the title page.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The manuscript should include the title, author names and affiliations, abstract, and keywords in both Arabic and English.

  • Authors retain the copyright of their published work in Ar-Rasheed University Journal of Management, Humanities and Social Sciences (RUJMHSS). No transfer of copyright is required. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated. By submitting to RUJMHSS, authors agree to publish their work under this license. 
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material (e.g., figures, tables, or extensive quotations) included in their manuscript and for providing appropriate attribution.
